It would be great to collect together a gallery of the various 3D consoles people have done that are based on the actual props, as they could be used as reference images for people building specific versions. (And with my moderator hat on for a moment, could you put up slightly smaller pictures? 800px wide is reasonable limit for most people's screens. You might want to look at the profile of the radiation meter... It does have a "back wall" actually, rather than sloping straight into the console.
