Looks like one of the extras on the Space Museum and Chase DVD will be interesting. It is a film made at Shawcraft (the outhouse builder of Dr Who props) in the 1960s. The Restoration Team have a nice shot of a couple of model TARDISes.

Difficult to tell the size of the large model but it could be the 1/4 scale version used throughout the Hartnell, Troughton, Pertwee & Baker eras.

Yep, that's the large model. You can see the small model in the bottom right corner. That was the one sold a few years back with the roof missing.
