Iconic Replicas was the original company. Here are the links to the threads. It does look like your model, except yours has some corrections that were made after the original prototype was shown. There was never any non functioning ARC models commercial released under licence let alone variants of the Hartnell, TVM box etc. BBC Worldwide are investigating the issue. They are nice models, but they are just not what they claim to be. Someone is mass reproducing them and adapting the moulds for variants...
