I can't sign up. It keeps saying I answered the registration question wrong, even though I didn't. Dave If you have an existing login from before, it should be usable without needing to sign backup. Bill Rudloff

Looking like TARDIS Builders is coming back online today (17 July, 2020) at 6pm BST! Just got word over on the TARDIS Owners Facebook Group. Thanks to everyone who managed to pull the rabbit out of the hat! Bill Rudloff

8 in. tall X 7 in. wide seems to be the accepted size of the light tube of the 1966 refit based on both Tony Farrell's and Scarfwearer's plans. Bill Rudloff

DoctorWho8Thanks for the great photos. It really helps to see the back of the prop and the window frame damage which I will copy. I was going to paint the window glass a dirty matt grey, but in the photo the damaged window looks white. Would you say that is the case, or is it just reflection? Dave I think it's the lighting and the B&W photo itself. It's probably the same color as the left side windows in the Pertwee pic. Bill Rudloff

In Ark in Space, you can see the side signs are clear transparent with white writing, but the front (and presumably the back) are translucent/foggy but with black printing. I tried to emphasize the light reflection on the left where you can see POLICE in reverse on the wall. Bill Rudloff Attachments:

Timegirl! Haven't seen your name in a couple of regenerations! Your box must be holding up well after periodic refreshments. I know! it's like going back in time - I changed to TG about ten years ago when I thought 'timegirl' was a bit of a stretch at my age You don't look a day over 127!

The only social media venue I know of is: www.facebook.com/groups/theTARDISownersclub/which is run, I think, by DoctorWho8 (Bill Rudloff), who's been on TardisBuilders a long time. Quite a few of our members are popping up there. Hello everyone! I'm back from the dawn of time and see this old thing being dusted off after a decade of the recent TB incarnation. I'm doing what I can to help be a refuge for everyone that has been displaced by TB's temporary situation. I'm hopeful many of you can join us on the Facebook group and rebuild the knowledge base there in tandem to the original TB form. If anyone that isn't on Facebook wants to help add stuff to our database, you can email me at DoctorWho8@aol.com so we can figure out things that way. I will make sure everything is credited as best as possible from original posters and sources. Bill "the Doctor" Rudloff
